Russian Chicken

4-8 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 18 oz. Bottle of Russian salad dressing
1 cup apricot jam
2 tsp. Curry powder (optional)
1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Mix dressing, jam, curry powder, and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
