Chinese Chicken Salad

1 head cabbage, shredded
3 green onions, chopped
1 ½ c. sliced roasted almonds
1 c. sunflower seeds, roasted
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 pkg. Ramen noodles, toasted
2 to 3 c. diced, cooked chicken

Dressing:
½ c. oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
¼ c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Ramen seasoning packets
