These are a family favorite around here. So good!
1 C butter, softened
1/2 C sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
1 t vanilla
1 egg
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
1 C flour
3 C oats
3 C chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugars together until light and creamy {about 4 minutes}. Add vanilla and egg and mix well. Add all dry ingredients except oats and mix, then add oats and chocolate chips. Bake 8 -9 minutes at 375 degrees.

I just made these, and they are DELICIOUS! Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies are my favorite, and these taste the best! Thanks for the recipe! :)
vili and i made these last night with white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. so perfect!
